Delivery Terms
Shipping.
All products are shipped between 10 and 14 working days, however some personalised items can take longer dependant on the process or brand requested. If we cannot deliver with 14 working days, we will contact you.
Shipping charge fees are incurred per transaction as specified in the checkout. There are promotions regarding shipping waiver or discount on certain products which may reduce shipping costs on certain transactions.
There is a Local Pickup option but please be aware that this is only available in Plymouth, Devon, or Colchester , Essex. If this option is chosen you will be notified as to where to pick up from. Please note, that this option may affect the lead time of the product.
For international deliveries, charges apply as per online shop in the checkout area.
Returns Policy
Sports Way Management Ltd operates a no hassle cancellation/returns policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
You are entitled to a full refund, as long as it is reported within 14 days of receiving your delivery, and that the item is in its original condition (i.e. has not been used) and is returned in the original packaging if provided. We are unable to refund for items with additional personalised print or embroidery.
If you are looking to return any purchase then we ask that you email us on contact@sportsway.org stating your order reference and reason for return. A member of our customer support team will then respond accordingly with details of how to return your item(s).
In the instance that your order is faulty (either supplied incorrectly, or faulty) we will reimburse the full cost of returning the item/s. Please ensure you obtain and keep safe your proof of delivery.
We will not reimburse the shipment cost for returning orders which are not faulty or supplied correctly as per your order, however you will still be entitled to a full refund or exchange on these item/s.
For returns we will seek to refund you for the item/s within 2-3 working days of receipt of the returned products, and no later than 14 days.
Please note that in the instance that you want to exchange an item, we ask that you place a new order for a replacement item (this allows us to process the replacement at the earliest possible convenience). You can then return your unwanted item(s).
If any stock shortages are encountered or other delays to the returns process then you will be notified of these at the earliest possible point.
